Deep Creek Family Home, 24X30
This two bedroom house was built using 8x8’s for walls and features a full upstairs and 1500 sqft of living space, plus a full basement. The owners say they heat the place with 3 ½ cords of wood per winter - and the like it warm inside! |
 |
Mountain Ridge Motel
A six room unit build with the Goldrush Days in mind. This project was pre-fabricated in our logyard and then hauled on site in pieces and assembled in a short period of time. |

Tack room, or small guest cabin
Did you ever want to combine storage & style? This tack room, located north of Whitehorse near Fox Lake does just that. It could easily also be converted into a small guest cabin. |
 |
Saloon
A few steps away from ordinary and close to our Goldrush past. This rental cabin was fitted with a western-style false front and triggers memories of the gold rush. |
 |
Raven Ridge full-scribe cabin
A true custom project. This full-scribe cabin had been built by its owner a decade ago, but was never finished and was left sitting without a roof. We disassembled it, restored the logs and scribe-fitted an additional round of logs to raise the ceiling. Then we moved it in pieces to its new location, stacked up the walls, built a floor for upstairs, framed the roof and finished the interior and exterior. This gem is unique. |

Woodshop
Who says a utility building can’t be attractive and affordable at the same time? This woodworking shop is built in style and inspires new ideas and projects. It is built with 3-sided log, which were left natural round on the outside. |

Vista Road Family Home
This 2000 sqft two-bedroom (could be three or four) home was built using 10x10s and has a million-dollar-view (we can’t take credit for the view though!). Featuring a full ICF basement (Insulated Conrete Forms) this house is built to last and for generations to enjoy. |
 |
Pilot Mountain Family Home
A 2300 sqft home with three bedrooms, full ICF basement, and prominent balconies. 8x8 wall construction. |
 |
Mary Lake guest or rental cabin
This cabin has a 16x20 footprint, and is very well suited as guest accommodation or as a rental unit. This particular one is a “Cadillac-edition” with balcony, skylight, deck, 10 foot walls and spacious loft. |
 |
Sauna
Outfitted with cedar interior this sauna will heat up the coldest Yukon winter nights. It was fully assembled in our logyard and moved to its location south of Whitehorse in one piece. |
